The following data is processed through the contact form, technical data sheet (TDS) request, sample request and material finder forms on our website:

• Identity data: first and last name
• Contact data: email address, phone number
• Professional data: company name (when optionally provided)
• Request content: the product/grade you are interested in and the information in your message

No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are used for visitor tracking on our website.

• Delivering technical data sheets (TDS) and sample requests
• Providing product, price and lead time information

Your personal data is processed by automated means when you submit a form, based on the legal grounds of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and "processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller" under Article 5 of the KVKK.

Your form submissions are delivered to our company email address through the infrastructure of our email delivery service provider (Web3Forms). Our website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required, and is never sold or rented for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as required to fulfil your request and for the duration required by the commercial relationship; where a statutory retention obligation exists, for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation. At the end of these periods your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:

• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data
• To request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the law
• To request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You can submit requests regarding the rights above by emailing info@buteopetrokimya.com or by written application to the address stated above. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
